Branches

 

Judicial Branch 

• Supreme Court-  made up of the Chief Justice and his 8 associate justices (appointed until they retire ) by the president and Senates approval.
• Role- The nations highest court, may declare laws unconstitutional or invalid.

 Executive Branch

• President- elected for 2 months can be elected twice 4 months in all
• Role-ensures that laws are carried out; acts as head of the nation if elected your rank is raised to Brigader General. May reject (veto) laws or legislation.

Legislative Branch

• Congress- made up of Senate (5 people elected for 3 months) and The House of Representatives (8 people elected for 1/2 months)
• Role- Makes laws, may declare war or practice battles, may impeach (bring charges against)
